Strong Verification is an optional safety feature that means the user's date of birth and gender have been verified against a Biometric passport.
This is a cryptographically secured identity verification system whereby we verify that your passport information is correct and guaranteed by your country of nationality.
Currently, we verify that your birthdate is as stated on your passport and that your passport sex corresponds to your gender (see also this page about the gender-passport sex correspondence).
